We accept PayPal - it is a reliable and safe way to transact business online. All shipping is within the Continental US only. No PO/APO boxes please. Shipping times vary from product to product.
Any item that is DOA is returnable once we are notified within 3 days of receipts. Most items come with full manufacturer's warranty. Since our return policy differs from product to product, you are advised to contact us for clarification. Software, once opened, is not returnable unless it is defective.
When product returns are accepted, you will need to get a RMA and await instructions prior to returning the product. You may be charged a restocking fee (15%-20%) and the shipping charges.
Please note that the eCRATER Marketplace offers only 2 options for the condition of the item - Used or New. We do not sell used items. Refurbished items are not used and will be shown as new. However, the description will clearly indicate whenever the item is refurbished.
